Introduction

TechShopNG stands behind the quality and reliability of the products we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of warranties provided for products purchased from our website.

Warranty Coverage

• Products Covered: This warranty covers  electronic devices, surveillance equipment.
• Warranty Period: Products are covered under warranty for 3-12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period for replaced or repaired items is the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days.
• Coverage Details: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

What is Not Covered

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Cosmetic damage including scratches and dents.
  • Wear and tear items such as batteries unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Damage or loss of data due to interoperability with current and/or future versions of operating system or software.

Making a Warranty Claim

• Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@techshopng.com . You will need to provide:
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Description of the defect.
  • Photographs of the defect, if applicable.
• Assessment: Once we receive your claim, we will evaluate it to determine whether the defect is due to materials or workmanship and inform you of the next steps.
• Resolution: If the product is determined to be defective, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund.

Limitations

• Remedies: The remedies provided in this warranty are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies. TechShopNG shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the breach of the express or implied warranties on sold products.

Legal Rights

• Consumer Protection Laws: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country or state to state. This warranty does not affect any additional rights you have under laws in your jurisdiction concerning the sale of consumer goods.
